Lorsque l&#039;ascenseur est mis en marche, la pompe aspire l&#039;huile de ce r\u00e9servoir et l&#039;injecte sous pression dans le syst\u00e8me. Voici donc quelques consid\u00e9rations techniques relatives \u00e0 la gestion des fluides\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La capacit\u00e9 du r\u00e9servoir doit permettre un refroidissement correct du fluide, pr\u00e9venir la cavitation et maintenir la stabilit\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La filtration minimise la contamination susceptible d&#039;endommager les vannes et les pompes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La r\u00e9gulation thermique (refroidisseurs d&#039;huile ou \u00e9changeurs de chaleur) maintient une viscosit\u00e9 constante pour des performances optimales.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La qualit\u00e9 de la gestion des fluides influe directement sur la fluidit\u00e9 des d\u00e9placements en ascenseur, la dur\u00e9e de vie des composants et les niveaux de bruit.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commande directionnelle et isolation du syst\u00e8me<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour diriger le fluide sous pression vers le bas du cric en position haute, pour permettre le retour du fluide du cric vers le r\u00e9servoir en position basse, et pour bloquer les passages de fluide en position d&#039;arr\u00eat afin de maintenir le v\u00e9hicule, cette vanne est un syst\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Elle est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement pr\u00e9contrainte par un ressort en position basse en cas de coupure de courant. Son composant principal est donc une \u00e9lectrovanne (g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de configuration 4\/3 ou 3\/3). Par exemple, l&#039;activation de l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne \u201c\u00a0haut\u00a0\u201d d\u00e9place le tiroir de la vanne, reliant l&#039;orifice de la pompe (P) \u00e0 l&#039;orifice du v\u00e9rin (A) et envoyant ainsi de l&#039;huile vers le cric.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Mouvement pr\u00e9cis de l&#039;ascenseur hydraulique gr\u00e2ce aux ensembles de vannes de commande<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Outre la simple g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de pression, les centrales hydrauliques utilisent des vannes de r\u00e9gulation qui contr\u00f4lent le d\u00e9bit et assurent un fonctionnement r\u00e9gulier (n\u00e9cessaire au fonctionnement de l&#039;ascenseur). Ces vannes comprennent\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soupape de suralimentation, qui contr\u00f4le le d\u00e9bit d&#039;huile entrant dans le cylindre pour g\u00e9rer l&#039;acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une vanne de descente qui module le d\u00e9bit d&#039;huile de retour pour obtenir une descente contr\u00f4l\u00e9e par gravit\u00e9.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les valves de nivellement permettent des micro-ajustements pour garantir une pr\u00e9cision de nivellement de \u00b13 \u00e0 5 mm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une soupape de d\u00e9charge prot\u00e8ge le syst\u00e8me contre les surpressions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soupape de contrepoids (ou de maintien) est une soupape de non-retour \u00e0 commande pilote situ\u00e9e au niveau ou \u00e0 proximit\u00e9 du v\u00e9rin, et elle maintient la pression dans le syst\u00e8me.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enfin, des soupapes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qui prot\u00e8gent contre la surpression et les mouvements incontr\u00f4l\u00e9s.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tous ces ensembles de vannes assurent une r\u00e9gulation en boucle ferm\u00e9e, ce qui permet un contr\u00f4le fluide et pr\u00e9cis des s\u00e9quences de d\u00e9marrage, d&#039;arr\u00eat et de mise \u00e0 niveau programm\u00e9es.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Contr\u00f4le de la pression et maintien de la charge<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>La soupape de d\u00e9charge est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 140% de la pression de service maximale (par exemple, 700 PSI) afin de prot\u00e9ger le syst\u00e8me contre les surcharges structurelles. Pour une descente en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9, le syst\u00e8me utilise une vanne de descente de pr\u00e9cision. Contrairement aux syst\u00e8mes hydrauliques classiques, un ascenseur descend par gravit\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&#039;\u00e9lectrovanne de descente. Pour garantir la s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la vanne reste \u00e9tanche \u00e0 l&#039;arr\u00eat, emp\u00eachant tout d\u00e9placement. En revanche, lorsque le contr\u00f4leur ordonne un mouvement vers le bas\u00a0:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La pompe s&#039;arr\u00eate imm\u00e9diatement.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La soupape de descente s&#039;ouvre, permettant \u00e0 l&#039;huile de retourner dans le r\u00e9servoir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La vanne de r\u00e9gulation de d\u00e9bit (souvent int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la vanne directionnelle ou au collecteur) contr\u00f4le le d\u00e9bit d&#039;huile.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La gravit\u00e9 abaisse la voiture, tandis que la vanne de r\u00e9gulation contr\u00f4le sa vitesse.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pour r\u00e9guler le d\u00e9bit d&#039;huile sortant du v\u00e9rin hydraulique pendant la descente, on contr\u00f4le ainsi la vitesse de descente ind\u00e9pendamment de la charge du v\u00e9hicule. Ceci garantit une descente constante et r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, quel que soit le poids des passagers. Par exemple, un robinet \u00e0 pointeau ou un orifice proportionnel ajuste le circuit d&#039;huile entre l&#039;orifice du v\u00e9rin (A) et l&#039;orifice du r\u00e9servoir (T) pendant la descente, maintenant une vitesse de 30 m\/min (100 ft\/min) que le v\u00e9hicule soit vide ou charg\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cette conception \u00e9co\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique r\u00e9duit la consommation \u00e9lectrique car aucune alimentation n&#039;est requise pour la descente, hormis l&#039;\u00e9lectronique de commande.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conditionnement et stabilisation du syst\u00e8me<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les ascenseurs hydrauliques sont peu efficaces, car la majeure partie de l&#039;\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e est convertie en chaleur. Il est donc n\u00e9cessaire d&#039;installer un \u00e9changeur de chaleur. Celui-ci permet de maintenir la viscosit\u00e9 de l&#039;huile et de pr\u00e9venir les dommages au syst\u00e8me. De plus, le volume du r\u00e9servoir doit \u00eatre dimensionn\u00e9 pour assurer un temps de s\u00e9jour suffisant du fluide, n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 son refroidissement et \u00e0 sa d\u00e9sa\u00e9ration. Par exemple, un syst\u00e8me de 50 GPM peut \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9 d&#039;un r\u00e9servoir de 200 gallons et d&#039;un \u00e9changeur de chaleur de 15 kW refroidi par ventilateur afin de maintenir la temp\u00e9rature de l&#039;huile en dessous de 60 \u00b0C (140 \u00b0F).<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commande de d\u00e9marrage et d&#039;arr\u00eat de l&#039;ascenseur<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le groupe hydraulique emp\u00eache la cabine d&#039;ascenseur de se d\u00e9placer lors d&#039;une brusque mont\u00e9e en pression au d\u00e9marrage et g\u00e8re la temp\u00e9rature. Il utilise un interrupteur de r\u00e9initialisation, un thermostat et un relais temporis\u00e9 pour court-circuiter le circuit. Au d\u00e9marrage, une \u00e9lectrovanne d\u00e9vie bri\u00e8vement le d\u00e9bit de la pompe directement vers le r\u00e9servoir jusqu&#039;\u00e0 ce que la pression maximale soit atteinte, emp\u00eachant ainsi tout mouvement brusque de la cabine. De plus, en dessous d&#039;un certain seuil (par exemple, 32 \u00b0C), le syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le peut couper le ventilateur de l&#039;\u00e9changeur de chaleur.
