Sia le filettature NPT che NPTF sono coniche, ma la NPT richiede l&#039;aggiunta di un sigillante, come il nastro in teflon, per una tenuta affidabile. Questo standard ha un angolo di filettatura di 55 gradi ed \u00e8 disponibile sia con filettatura conica che parallela. Sebbene questo standard sia molto simile all&#039;NPT, non \u00e8 compatibile e, quando si combinano raccordi BSP e NPT, si verificano perdite. JIS sta per Japanese Industrial Standards (standard industriali giapponesi) e questo design standardizzato \u00e8 molto simile a quello BSP. I raccordi JIS sono disponibili sia con filettatura parallela che conica e possono essere spesso utilizzati insieme ai raccordi BSP, ma \u00e8 necessario aggiungere un sigillante aggiuntivo per una tenuta efficace.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Talvolta, i raccordi JIS presentano la marcatura &quot;JIS&quot;, che semplifica l&#039;identificazione dello standard.
