Overdrukventielen zorgen voor een veilige werkdruk wanneer systemen niet meer functioneren zoals bedoeld.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Wat is de functie van een overdrukventiel?<\/h2>\n<p>Hydraulische overdrukventielen kunnen qua ontwerp verschillen, maar ze hebben allemaal dezelfde essenti\u00eble functie. Elk ventiel fungeert als een secundaire doorgang voor vloeistof, die alleen wordt geactiveerd wanneer de systeemdruk de veilige grenzen overschrijdt. Wanneer de druk te hoog oploopt, drukt de olie tegen de klepspoel, waardoor de doorgang wordt geopend. Hierdoor kan overtollige olie doorstromen, waardoor de druk daalt en het systeem op een vooraf bepaald veilig niveau blijft.<\/p>\n<h2>Waarom is een overdrukventiel essentieel voor een hydraulisch systeem?<\/h2>\n<p>Overdrukventielen zijn cruciaal in hydraulische systemen en beperken de maximale druk om schade te voorkomen. Onveilige druk kan ontstaan door verstopte filters, slijtage van componenten of een onjuiste viscositeit van de vloeistof, wat kan leiden tot defecten aan componenten, gebarsten slangen of andere veiligheidsrisico&#039;s. In het ventiel bevinden zich een veer, een conische klep en een schroef. Operators verstellen de schroef om de spanning op de veer te verhogen of te verlagen. Die spanning houdt de klep op zijn plaats en blokkeert de oliestroom naar het ventiel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bij een veilige bedrijfsdruk blijft de klep gesloten met de klepstoter stevig vastgeklemd in de ingang. Wanneer de druk stijgt boven het ingestelde niveau in de overdrukklep, drukt de olie voldoende op de klepstoter om de veer in te drukken en de klepingang te openen. Olie komt de geopende klep binnen en stroomt door naar de uitlaat die olie naar het vloeistofreservoir van het systeem voert.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Het overdrukventiel blijft open zolang de druk in het systeem te hoog is. Zodra de druk voldoende daalt, neemt de spanning op de veer af, sluit de ingang van het ventiel en stroomt de vloeistof weer normaal door het systeem.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>Hoe pas ik een hydraulisch overdrukventiel aan?<\/h2>\n<p>Hydraulische overdrukventielen vereisen een nauwkeurige kalibratie om te voldoen aan de werkdruk van uw systeem na installatie. Hoewel deze ventielen aanpasbaar zijn voor maatwerk, vereist dit proces professionele expertise vanwege veiligheidsrisico&#039;s.<br \/>\n<strong>Om de klep af te stellen:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\u00a0Zoek de afstelschroef. Deze is meestal met een borgmoer vastgezet.<\/li>\n<li>Draai de borgmoer tegen de klok in los om met de afstelling te beginnen.<\/li>\n<li>Draai de schroef tegen de klok in om de kraakdruk te verlagen (wanneer de klep opengaat) of met de klok mee om de drukdrempel te verhogen v\u00f3\u00f3r activering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Na aanpassingen moet de systeemdruk worden getest en bevestigd met behulp van manometermetingen om de nauwkeurigheid te garanderen. Draai na controle de borgmoer vast om de instelling te borgen. Een correcte kalibratie zorgt ervoor dat de klep veilig werkt en beschermt apparatuur en personeel, zelfs tijdens onregelmatigheden in het systeem.<\/p>\n<h2>Het selecteren van het juiste overdrukventiel<\/h2>\n<p>De keuze van het juiste overdrukventiel is cruciaal voor de veiligheid en prestaties van het hydraulische systeem. Een ventiel dat te langzaam reageert of onvoldoende doorstromingscapaciteit heeft, beschermt componenten niet tegen overdrukschade. Ingenieurs ontwerpen systemen met specifieke klepspecificaties (drukbereik, doorstromingscapaciteit, reactietijd) en vervangingen moeten aansluiten op deze oorspronkelijke parameters.<br \/>\nBelangrijke overwegingen zijn onder meer:<br \/>\n<strong>Om het type overdrukventiel te bepalen:<\/strong> zie de verschillen tussen <a verminderen.<br \/>\nEen effectieve klep zorgt voor een evenwicht tussen snelheid, druktolerantie en stroombeheer, en garandeert een betrouwbare bescherming tijdens zowel normale werking als
