Het wordt ook wel losklep of cilinderslotklep genoemd. Nauwkeurige controle is noodzakelijk voor een soepele en veilige werking van hangende laad- en losmachines. Het bovenstaande diagram met componenten kan u helpen het precieze werkingsprincipe van een contragewichtklep te begrijpen. Het integreert twee belangrijke hydraulische componenten; <strong>de ene is een terugslagklep met vrije doorstroming en de andere is een pilootgestuurde overdrukklep<\/strong>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wanneer u het inzet als lastregel- of vasthoudmechanisme in een hydraulisch cilindersysteem, zorgt de terugslagklep voor een onbelemmerde vloeistofstroom in de cilinder <strong>tijdens<\/strong> <strong>laadhoogte<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Zodra u de richtingregelklep naar neutraal zet<\/strong>De door de last gegenereerde druk dwingt de terugslagklep tot afsluiting. Als deze druk onder de vooraf ingestelde overdrukdrempel blijft, blijft de last stationair totdat u de regelklep opnieuw activeert om de daling te starten.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Tijdens het verlagen<\/strong>De druk van de last en de tegenoverliggende zijde van de cilinder werkt gelijktijdig op de stuurpoort, waardoor de overdrukinstelling wordt overschreden. Wanneer u de regelklep terugzet naar neutraal, neemt de stuurdruk af, waardoor de overdrukklep de last weer afsluit en stevig vergrendelt.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bovendien zult u met name opmerken dat de modulatie van de klep afhankelijk is van een omgekeerde pilootverhouding, waarbij de belastingdruk en de pilootdruk in evenwicht zijn. Voor lichtere belastingen is een hogere pilootdruk nodig om de klep te openen, terwijl zwaardere belastingen een lagere pilootdruk vereisen. Wanneer de last beweegt, past de klep de hydraulische vloeistofstroom aan om de stabiliteit te behouden, wat u controle geeft. Bovendien houdt de klep een bepaalde hoeveelheid druk tegen om te voorkomen dat de last ongecontroleerd daalt.
