Kritische componenten vereisen optimale druk voor een veilige werking, wat alleen mogelijk is met drukreduceerventielen. Deze ventielen reageren op de systeembehoeften door de druk te verlagen en zo de stroomafwaartse druk nauwkeurig te regelen.<\/p>\n<h2>Functie, doel en voordelen van drukreduceerventielen<\/h2>\n<p>Ongeacht drukschommelingen passen drukreduceerventielen de druk automatisch aan om de vereiste hydraulische druk te handhaven. Hun belangrijkste taak is het regelen van de systeemdruk wanneer deze hoger wordt dan de vereiste limiet.<\/p>\n<h3>Werkingsprincipe van drukreduceerventiel<\/h3>\n<p>Een drukreduceerventiel is een normaal open regelventiel, uitgerust met een instelbare veer en een beweegbare spoel. De veerkracht, ingesteld door de instelbare schroef, bepaalt de benodigde stroomafwaartse druk in het systeem. De beweegbare spoel regelt de stroomafwaartse druk door de stroming aan te passen. De klep heeft inlaat- en uitlaatpoorten om de vloeistofstroom van de drukleiding naar het systeem te vergemakkelijken, en een afvoerleiding in de veerkamer om gelekte vloeistof terug naar de tank te leiden. Ik zal u precies uitleggen hoe een drukreduceerventiel werkt.<\/p>\n<p><img data-dominant-color=\"000000\" data-has-transparency=\"true\" style=\"--dominant-color: #000000;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15797 size-full has-transparency\" src=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-32.png\" alt=\"direct werkende drukreduceerklep\" width=\"3811\" height=\"1002\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-32.png 2560w, https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-32-768x202.png 768w, https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-32-1536x404.png 1536w, https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-32-2048x538.png 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 3811px) 100vw, 3811px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Wanneer de stroomafwaartse druk bij poort \u2460 aanvankelijk lager is dan de vooraf ingestelde veerkracht en de kracht van poort \u2462, stroomt de vloeistof ongehinderd van de inlaatpoort \u2460 naar de uitlaatpoort \u2461. Als de stroomafwaartse druk echter de vooraf ingestelde waarde en de kracht van poort \u2462 bereikt, beweegt de spoel tegen de veerkracht in omhoog, waardoor de uitlaatpoort volledig wordt afgesloten. Eventuele vloeistof die in de veerkamer lekt, wordt via poort \u2462 afgevoerd naar het systeem. Dit dient als overdrukventiel om te voorkomen dat de druk in de pijpleiding de ingestelde limiet overschrijdt.<\/p>\n<h4>Pilot-bediende drukreduceerventiel<\/h4>\n<p>Hier is een illustratie van een door een piloot bediend drukreduceerventiel, <strong>Hydraflu <a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/hydraulische-klep\/drukregelklep\/drukreduceerventiel-4\/drukreduceerventiel-prc-1036s\/\">model:PRC 10-36<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><img data-dominant-color=\"e9e9e9\" data-has-transparency=\"true\" style=\"--dominant-color: #e9e9e9;\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-15798 size-full has-transparency\" src=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-36.png\" alt=\"pilootgestuurde drukreduceerventiel\" width=\"2048\" height=\"924\" srcset=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-36.png 2048w, https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-36-768x347.png 768w, https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/PR10-36-1536x693.png 1536w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De werkwijze is dezelfde als bij de PRC10-32, totdat de stroomafwaartse druk onder de vooraf ingestelde waarde komt en er vrije stroming is tussen poort \u2460 en poort \u2461. Zodra de druk de vooraf ingestelde waarde en de druk van poort \u2462 overschrijdt, opent u eerst de stuurklep. De stuurvloeistof stroomt door de opening op de hoofdspoel, waardoor een drukverschil ontstaat dat de hoofdspoel ertoe aanzet het pad tussen \u2460 en \u2461 te sluiten en vervolgens het pad van \u2460 naar \u2462 te openen als overdrukventiel.<\/p>\n<h3>Voordelen van een drukreduceerventiel<\/h3>\n<h3><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>1. Systeembeveiliging<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Hoewel de kernfunctie van drukreduceerventielen hierboven al werd genoemd, doen ze veel meer dan dat. Deze ventielen voorkomen leidingbreuken en schade aan apparaten en hydraulische apparatuur (zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/hydraulische-pomp\/hydraulische-tandwielpomp\/\">hydraulische pompen<\/a>, fittingen, <a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/inzicht-in-liftgates-hun-soorten-functionaliteiten-voordelen-en-gebruik-in-uw-bedrijf\/\">liftpoorten<\/a>, hydraulische kleppen, <a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/de-ultieme-gids-voor-de-installatie-van-docklevellers-met-essentiele-stappen\/\">dok levellers<\/a>, slangen, afdichtingen, enz.). Soms veroorzaken de overdruksystemen <a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/hydraulische-olielekken\/\">lekken<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bijvoorbeeld de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/aclk?sa=l&amp;ai=DChcSEwio55zFoYqMAxUjtWgJHUd7JfwYABAAGgJ3Zg&amp;co=1&amp;gclid=CjwKCAjwp8--BhBREiwAj7og11wGvIPRkRXzqssWXzbBsy35u7NDEL4yhxFtx_D-QpS6WmDz4ESdzxoCvEUQAvD_BwE&amp;sig=AOD64_3ITFcXeEV862Gz3D59Yd7y_jAysQ&amp;q&amp;adurl&amp;ved=2ahUKEwj06pLFoYqMAxXMSPEDHYnrFKsQ0Qx6BAgJEAE\">Amerikaanse Waterwerken Vereniging (AWWA)<\/a> merkt op dat drukpieken van meer dan 100 psi het risico op pijpstoringen met 300% kunnen verhogen.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a02. Effici\u00ebntie-optimalisatie<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Door een optimale druk te handhaven, kunnen PRV&#039;s de systeemeffici\u00ebntie verbeteren en mogelijk waterverspilling en onderhoudskosten verlagen. Een drukverlaging van slechts 10 psi kan bijvoorbeeld de kans op lekkage van hydraulische systemen met 5-7% verminderen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ansi.org\/\">volgens de ANSI<\/a>Wanneer deze factor op grote schaal wordt beschouwd, kan worden waargenomen dat de effici\u00ebntie met 31% voor het gehele hydraulische systeem toeneemt.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>\u00a03. Enkele van de meest voorkomende en kritische toepassingen van drukreduceerventielen zijn:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Om gevoelige componenten\/elementen (bijv. meters, sensoren) te beschermen door de inlaatdruk af te sluiten en zo schade door overdruk in het systeem te voorkomen.<\/li>\n<li>Om specifieke takken van het hydraulische circuit bij een lagere druk te laten werken dan het hoofdsysteem voor uiteenlopende functionele vereisten.<\/li>\n<li>Om het risico op lekkages of barsten te verminderen door vooraf ingestelde druklimieten te handhaven in kwetsbare delen van het systeem.<\/li>\n<li>Om de druk in niet-kritieke zones (bijv. positioneringsmechanismen) te verlagen en zo het energieverbruik en de operationele kosten te verlagen.<\/li>\n<li>Voor nauwkeurige regeling in toepassingen zoals robot-\/hydraulische armen of delicate actuatoren die stabiele, lage druk-ingangen vereisen.<\/li>\n<li>Voor het aanpassen van de druk voor verwisselbare aanbouwdelen (bijvoorbeeld tractorgereedschappen) zonder de primaire systeemdruk in mobiele hydraulische apparatuur te wijzigen.<\/li>\n<li>Ter ondersteuning van stapsgewijze drukverlaging in complexe opstellingen, waardoor opeenvolgende drukverlagingen voor gespecialiseerde subsystemen mogelijk zijn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Conclusie<\/h2>\n<p>Drukreduceerventielen zijn essentieel voor moderne vloeistofsystemen. Ze worden geconstrueerd door mechanische precisie te combineren met kostenbesparende voordelen.
