Al deze gereedschappen zijn afhankelijk van drukleidingen voor hydrauliek, brandstoftoevoer en meer. Gespecialiseerd<a href=\"https:\/\/hydraflu.com\/nl\/soorten-draden\/\"> draden <\/a>worden vaak gebruikt om betrouwbare, afgedichte verbindingen te vormen voor hydraulische vloeistof of vloeibare brandstoffen, zodat deze effectief en zonder storingen honderden of duizenden uren lang onder hoge druk kunnen stromen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deze speciale schroefdraden zijn verkrijgbaar in vele verschillende specificaties, zoals NPT, BSPT, JIS en meer. Het begrijpen van de verschillen tussen de specificaties is essentieel om goede afdichtingen en een betrouwbare werking van de apparatuur te garanderen. Verschillende schroefdraden kunnen niet op elkaar worden afgestemd, anders treedt er een afdichtingsfout op. Daarom moeten professionals de verschillen kunnen herkennen voordat ze gevaarlijke fouten maken bij het repareren of upgraden van drukleidingen of andere schroefdraadfittingen.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">De belangrijkste draadtypen identificeren<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Er zijn veel verschillende parallelle en taps toelopende draadpatronen om rekening mee te houden. Zowel NPT- als NPTF-schroefdraden lopen taps toe, maar voor een betrouwbare afdichting is het nodig om een afdichtingsmiddel, zoals teflontape, toe te voegen. NPTF-schroefdraden zijn gemaakt om een strakkere mechanische afdichting te vormen en bieden een effectieve droge afdichting die de voorkeur geniet bij toepassingen met hogere druk en in hydraulische systemen waar NPT-afdichtingsmiddelen de leidingen na verloop van tijd kunnen verontreinigen. Deze standaard heeft een schroefdraadhoek van 55 graden en wordt aangeboden met zowel taps toelopende als parallelle schroefdraadpatronen. Hoewel deze standaard sterk lijkt op NPT, is hij niet compatibel. Wanneer BSP- en NPT-fittingen worden gecombineerd, kunnen er lekken ontstaan. JIS staat voor Japanese Industrial Standards (Japanse industri\u00eble standaarden) en dit gestandaardiseerde schroefdraadontwerp lijkt sterk op het BSP-schroefdraadontwerp. JIS-fittingen zijn verkrijgbaar in zowel parallelle als taps toelopende uitvoeringen en kunnen vaak samen met BSP-fittingen worden gebruikt, maar voor een effectieve afdichting is een extra afdichtingsmiddel nodig.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Soms zijn JIS-fittingen voorzien van een &quot;JIS&quot;-markering, waardoor de standaard eenvoudig te identificeren is. Schroeffittingen zijn echter niet de enige beschikbare optie. Er zijn fittingen die afhankelijk zijn van knelkoppelingen, flenskoppelingen, push-to-connect-koppelingen, ORFS-koppelingen (O-ring face seal) of snelkoppelingen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Knelkoppelingen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een knelfitting is gebaseerd op een samendrukbaar metaalmateriaal dat in een smal profiel wordt geperst dat de buis op zijn plaats houdt. Knelfittingen hebben de voorkeur in situaties waarin de te bevestigen buis niet kan worden gedraaid en solderen moeilijk of onmogelijk is. De buis wordt in de knelfitting geplaatst en met een gereedschap wordt het knelgedeelte van de fitting samengedrukt om de buis op zijn plaats te persen en een betrouwbare afdichting te vormen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Push-To-Connect<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Push-to-connect-fittingen worden soms gebruikt in hydraulische installaties waar eenvoud en snelheid de twee belangrijkste factoren zijn. Deze robuuste fittingen maken gebruik van een taps toelopende vrouwelijke fitting, vaak voorzien van weerhaken en een O-ringafdichting. Wanneer de buis in de fitting wordt gedrukt, klemt de speciaal gevormde vrouwelijke fitting de buis vast, zodat deze niet kan worden verwijderd zonder de vergrendeling los te maken. Push-to-connect-fittingen zijn duurder en veel experts zijn van mening dat ze minder betrouwbaar zijn dan schroefdraadfittingen, maar ze zijn wel snel en handig.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ORFS<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Een ORFS- of O-ring face seal fitting is afhankelijk van een O-ring in de lip van een verbinding en een schroefdraadfitting voor een duurzame afdichting. Deze fittingen zijn vaak iets duurder dan schroefdraadfittingen, maar bieden in veel situaties een superieure bescherming op lange termijn.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snelkoppelingen<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snelkoppelingen zijn eenvoudig aan te sluiten en los te koppelen en zorgen voor een afdichting door de uitlopende mannelijke en vrouwelijke delen samen te drukken met rubber of een ander samendrukbaar materiaal aan elke kant. De koppeling drukt het rubber samen tot een betrouwbare afdichting die snel kan worden hersteld door de fitting los te koppelen. Ze zijn ideaal voor situaties waarin frequent aan- en afkoppelen vereist is, maar zijn minder betrouwbaar voor langdurige afdichtingen dan schroefdraadfittingen.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conclusie<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Met zoveel verschillende draadstandaarden wereldwijd is het belangrijk om de verschillen te begrijpen en te weten welke standaard op uw apparatuur wordt gebruikt.
