Hydraulic Cartridge Ball Check Valve – Precise Control, High Efficiency and Stability

The hydraulic cartridge ball check valve adopts a ball – valve – type structural design. It realizes one – way flow control through a precisely machined steel ball or conical valve core. Its core function is to allow fluid to flow unidirectionally from inlet ① to outlet ② and cut off in the reverse direction to prevent backflow. It is suitable for high – pressure and large – flow hydraulic systems and is widely used in fields such as construction machinery, agricultural equipment, and aerospace.

- Ball – shaped Valve Core Design: The ball – valve – type structure ensures uniform contact of the sealing surface, excellent sealing performance, low leakage rate, and can withstand high – pressure impacts (up to 35MPa).
