Hydraflu’s insert check valves prevent reverse flow in hydraulic systems, enabling unidirectional control with flow rates from 30 L/min (8 GPM) to 200 L/min (53 GPM). Designed for durability, they operate seamlessly up to 450 bar (6,500 psi), ensuring system integrity and leak-free performance in compact, high-pressure industrial environments.
Hydraflu’s dual pilot-operated check valves are engineered to secure hydraulic circuits and actuators in stationary states, featuring bidirectional flow capacity ranging from 38 L/min (10 GPM) to 226 L/min (60 GPM). These valves maintain system integrity up to 350 bar (5,000 psi) operational pressure when activated by pilot pressure input.
Hydraflu’s in line check valves are one way flow control devices used primarily in hydraulic systems to eliminate potential damage caused by fluid back pressure.
Connect V to the supply and C to the function. Flow is free from V to C and blocked in the reverse direction. Different cracking pressures to choose. BSPP and Metric threads, body material is Zinc-plated steel.
Screw the valve into the correct port connecting V to the supply flow and C to the actuator. Preset hose bursts are available, BSPP and BSPT threads, body material is Zinc-plated steel.
