Hydraulic Junction Block
A hydraulic junction block is used for interconnecting some hydraulic elements and, is also used to combine and split fluid lines, enhancing the hydraulic system well organization simplifying its maintenance, being easy to monitor, and repairing the pipelines.
Hydraulic Junction Block
As the common sizes, Hydraflu manufactures hydraulic junction blocks of the port standards of NPT ⅛ “to 1”, SAE 6 to 20. Alternative Ports: BSPP, BSPT, METRIC.

Anvantages of Hydraflu Products

Aluminum alloy 6061, 7075, ductile iron, Carbon Steel, forge steel, stainless steel etc

Hydraflu can make Zinc plated, black and white anodized or electroless nickel plating

Hydraflu can supply many standards of NPT ⅛ “to 1”, SAE 6 to 20. Alternative Ports: BSPP, BSPT, METRIC

A full range from 1 station to a maximum of 10 stations.
Materials
For the block, Hydraflu utilize aluminum material of junction blocks when the pressure is up to 3000 psi (210 bar) and ductile iron for pressures reaching 5000 psi (345 bar). Additionally, there is an even more robust material, Forged Steel, which is suitable for ultra-high pressure applications.

Surface treatment
Hydraflu makes all common surface treatments on hydraulic junction blcoks, such as Zinc plated, black and white anodized or electroless nickel plating. If you need more surface treatments, check the article: Types of Aluminum Block Surface Treatments
The surface treatment on the hydraulic block is not essential. Hydraflu can offer you the blocks without surface treatments, but fewer scratches on the surface because we have strict working procedures to reduce that.
Inspection
Hydrauflu has several following inspection procedures to eliminate defective products. When raw materials are purchased and received in the warehouse, we use ultrasonic scanning detection to check if the materials are qualified. We employ endoscopic burr testing to examine the finished junction blocks, including burr inspection, cavity and hole thread checks, and bore dial gauge tests, to ensure that the finished hydraulic blocks meet all the requirements of our customers.
