Snow Plow Hydraulic Pump System
The Snow Plow Hydraulic Pump System is a self-contained power unit specifically designed to control the blade angle on snowplow equipment. It comprises a pressure-balanced gear pump, a 12-volt DC motor, a multi-purpose integrated manifold, hydraulic Solenoid valves, and an oil tank.
The sealed motor and manifold ensure reliable performance even in cold weather conditions and hash environments. An adjustable needle valve on the solenoid allows for control of the lowering speed.
The controller provides left and right control for two single-acting cylinders or one double-acting cylinder for blade angle, and a double-acting cylinder to lift up and down function.
A cross-over relief valve in the circuit can protect the blade to minimize wear and tear once the blade comes into contact with an object on the road.
