What is Pilot Double Check Valve?
Double check valves consist of two single check valves connected by a piston inside to control. Two pilot-operated check valves use the pressure from each other’s hydraulic lines as pilot oil. When one line is without pressure, the other valve closes simultaneously. Double-check valves provide a safe backup in case of the check valves fail. They can be used on the outlet side piping to keep a cylinder in an intermediate position for an extended period time.
Hydraflu can provide you with plenty of double pilot check valves in different sizes, we have sufficient experience in applying double pilot check valve in applications.
